General Information

FY2023 NDSEG Fellows must register by April 4, 2025. All other attendees must register no later than May 16, 2025.

Once you are registered, you will receive updates on the following items between March and May. All attendees will be verified prior to acceptance of registration.

Yes, you’ll need to fill out our registration form to gain access to the event. Please fill in the registration form with some basic information to get started.
Systems Plus will send guidance and information post-registration, prior to the conference.
The 2025 DoD NDSEG Conference for FY2023 Fellows is scheduled from July 20-24, 2025. The location is at the Clyde Hotel, Albuquerque, NM.
The 2026 DoD NDSEG Conference for FY2024 Fellows is yet to be determined.
If you are an FY2023 Fellow, you are required to attend the 2025 DoD NDSEG Conference per your signed fellowship terms and agreement: the DoD NDSEG Conference is a mandatory travel obligation during your fellowship tenure. Those fellows who complete PhDs are required to participate in/attend the DoD conference.
This is a mandatory event. All FY2023 fellows are required to be at the conference from July 20-24, 2025. FY2024 fellows are required to attend the 2026 NDSEG conference.

The current format is an in-person conference. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 restrictions and are prepared to move online if needed.
Recommended travel day is on or before the conference starts, depending on where you are coming from. All fellows must arrive onsite on or before July 20th at 3:00 PM (destination time).

The conference starts at 8:00 AM and will run through around 6:30 PM every day. Two nights will run at a later time. It is in your best interest to stay at the hotel.
Each fellow will have their own separate accommodations.
If you wish to bring families or loved ones, they will be responsible for all the extra costs. The DoD will provide funding for the NDSEG fellow only.
